Makin Organs Ltd is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of digital pipeless church organs. The company was founded in 1970 by the late John Pilling, from remnants of the John Compton Organ Company of London and has been supplying organs of the highest quality ever since.
Makin wanted to create a Contact
Management system that would allow
them to maintain a database for
churches, halls, crematoria and any
other places where music organs are
used.

The solution:
Pro-Action were asked to design a Contact Management Database using ACT! – The world's best selling Contact Manager with 4 million users worldwide.
The database would contain prospects for marketing purposes, customers so that the service details on the organ could be retained and used for service contract renewals, details of service and call outs, serial numbers, guarantee expiry etc.
